Chapter Eight: The Fall of Imran Khan and the Crypto Comeback
I have already covered the events leading up to Imran Khan’s ouster, which are directly related to the failure of the Planned 2019 Indo-Pak War. To quote,
The 14th February 2019 Pulwama attack was supposed to be India’s 9-11/Pearl Harbour/Gulf of Tonkin/Reichstag Fire, followed by all out war with Pakistan. But it seems that Modi, for reasons best known to him, did not persist. Globalist frustration with him is captured on the covers of the Economist® Magazine. Then Modi threatened Indian Kashmir’s quasi-sovereign status. The Phoenicians never intended for Kashmir to be part of India (or Pakistan). It was just unintended happenstance, as they wanted it to be an independent country. This move of Modi alarmed them. Around this time, Henry Kissinger actually flew in to have a word with him. President Trump would follow in early 2020 (a visit which would strangely coincide with horrific communal riots in Delhi). It was at this point that the Phoenicians gave up on Modi.
[……]With the possibility of an Indo-Pak war shelved, there was no point for allowing Imran Khan to continue in Pakistan. By this point, Imran Khan had begun unfolding some serious macro-level corruption done by his predecessors. One tell-tale sign of Phoenicians is their ability to make public funds disappear. I am not talking about bank robberies or corruption in contracts. I am talking about a significant portion of the GDP of Pakistan being stashed in offshore accounts and in some cases, being used to buy real estate in London. Once Imran Khan started uncovering this, it is logical that the entire house of cards would collapse, as almost all Phoenicians are involved in this. Once their links to each other would some to light, the entire Pakistani Deep State would end up going to trial. The scale of this theft is so big that the Phoenicians have had to instead gaslight generations of Pakistani people that their poverty and economic woes was because of their beliefs and backwardness, rather than outright Phoenician theft.
It was arranged to have Imran Khan visit Russia on the eve of its invasion of Ukraine. The real purpose was to reciprocally, get India back into Ukraine-NATO-USA camp, as Modi had gone bitter with USA. What is sad is that Imran Khan belligerently obliged to do this visit, just as his handlers said, without questioning its relevance to Pakistan. While he was away, plans were finalized for his ouster. A cover story was made back in Pakistan that USA was ousting him for cozying up with Russia (no, it was the Pakistani Deep State, maybe with some American help). When he returned, the very Supreme Court that gleefully made him step down suddenly could no longer decide when to have a re-election (which he would win). He has since then faced an assassination attempt, and is facing the full wrath of the Pakistani Deep State on a daily basis.
Now let’s go slower with the fall of Imran Khan. Before we begin, it is important to note that Imran Khan’s Government had been seeded with cryptos. These were the folks who goaded him into mandating the dangerous Covid-19 vaccines in Pakistan. He was personally surrounded with them. And as if on cue, all of the cryptos among his supporters deserted him when it was decided to remove him. Even his venerable ISI Chief Faiz Hameed vanished.
Despite the setback of operating a cabinet full of cryptos, Imran Khan managed to launch a significant anti-corruption campaign. In 2019, He launched an Anti-Corruption Campaign which was premised on the basis that no amnesty (known as NRO or National Reconciliation Ordinance in Pakistan) would be given to politicians or relatives who benefited from a politician’s patronage. Under his premiership, the performance of Pakistan’s anti-corruption agency, the National Accountability Bureau improved significantly when measured in terms of recovery of money in cases involving plea bargains and/or convictions. The recovery of the Anti-Corruption Agency had risen significantly higher than the Anti-Corruption Agency’s 10-year performance from 2008 to 2018. Khan was also in the process (but never completed) of ratifying a treaty with Swiss authorities to exchange information of Pakistani-owned bank accounts there. These offshore accounts are usually operated by cryptos and prodding these accounts makes the Phoenicians nervous.[1]In 2015, the Modi government was prodding Swiss bank accounts of Indian nationals but suddenly quit. It was assumed that most of these accounts belonged to members of the old Phoenician business families in India. For example, in 2017, Nawaz Sharif was disqualified from holding public office for life in Pakistan after he and his family were found in the Panama papers. The Zardaris were found to be operating fake Pakistani bank accounts in 2015. The Bajwa family was discovered to have got fabulously rich during the tenure of General Bajwa as Chief of Army Staff. To quote,
In the waning days of his tenure, details of Bajwa and his family’s tax and assets documents were leaked to the press by journalist Ahmad Noorani[2]Journalist Ahmad Noorani who was involved in the leak had his wife’s car attacked by an unknown assailant, who threatened to kill her before escaping. on his blog Fact Focus, alleging an increase of nearly Rs. 13 billion in the general’s family’s assets throughout his tenure as army chief, including an international business, multiple foreign properties and capital, as well as commercial plazas and properties, farmhouses, and residential real estate throughout the major cities of Pakistan. Bajwa’s daughter-in-law became a Pakistani billionaire a few days before being wed to Bajwa’s son, largely through receiving property in the army-run Defense Housing Authority (DHA), while Bajwa’s wife became a multi-billionaire through his tenure as army chief, and she was repeatedly warned by Pakistan’s tax bureau the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) for concealing assets. The report has also alleged that the father-in-law of Bajwa’s son has similarly amassed wealth, both in Pakistan and abroad, throughout his tenure as Army Chief.
Needless to say, the more Imran Khan prodded on corruption, the deeper the dragnets of the empowered agencies went. Soon enough, they were sweeping cryptos from all walks of life, from among both the Baghdad Spooks and the Shah Mir Spooks, to crypto industrialists, and cryptos in the Army and the Intelligence. If this was allowed to continue, Imran Khan could effectively dismantle the Pakistani Deep State. But despite all these efforts, there was little Imran Khan could do in three years and 235 days to reverse the overall Economic damage done in the Freefall Years (2008-2018).
On 7th March 2022, the US Assistant Secretary of State for South and Central Asian Affairs Donald Lu and Deputy Assistant Secretary Leslie Viguerie attend a farewell lunch by outgoing Pakistan ambassador Asad Majeed Khan at his residence. An internal diplomatic cable, based on notes from discussions at this lunch by Asad Majeed Khan was sent to Pakistan Foreign office. To quote,
In the cable, Pakistan’s ambassador to the United States reported that U.S. Assistant Secretary of State for Central and South Asia Donald Lu warned that the “isolation of the Prime Minister will become very strong from Europe and the United States” after Khan’s visit to Russia, and that “if the no-confidence vote against the Prime Minister succeeds, all will be forgiven in Washington.”
It seems Khan got his hands on the cable, but General Bajwa would refute the notion of an American conspiracy. Before the issue could snowball, representatives of opposition parties filed a no-confidence motion against Khan in the National Assembly the very next day, seeking to remove him from office, while accusing him of mismanaging the economy and foreign policy. Khan wanted to dissolve the National Assembly and call for fresh elections, which he would win with his renewed popularity. But the Supreme Court of Pakistan intervened immediately, and allowed the no-confidence motion to pass. Thus, Khan became the first Pakistani prime minister to lose a no-confidence vote. On 11th April 2022, the son of Nawaz Sharif, Shehbaz Sharif was made Prime Minister.
It is important to avoid getting too distracted by the American cable. It is merely the final go-ahead for the crypto-Phoenicians running Pakistan that now is the time to strike. It should not be used to distract from the even bigger spectacle. The incredulity of the situation is that the first-ever populist “civilian leader” of Pakistan was allowed to become Prime Minister by the cryptos, then at the height of his popularity, abruptly had the rug pulled beneath his feet by the same cryptos, while the whole country was watching. Of course, they did make use of Military/Intelligence, but this should not distract from the fact that this is a complete indictment of all other “civilian leaders,” civilian institutions, such as the judiciary and the media. And this confirms once again that the Deep State of Pakistan lies more on the civilian side, although now it is spreading into the military side as well.
Crypto Comeback in Post-Imran Khan Pakistan; April 2022 Onwards
On 23rd October 2022, Pakistani journalist Arshad Sharif was murdered in Kenya. He had been forced to flee Pakistan after being charged with sedition. The Director-General of the ISI made the unusual step of issuing a public statement denying any role in the killing, but Arshad Sharif’s mother blamed him, General Bajwa and the second-in-command of ISI Maj Gen. Faisal Naseer a few months later. In October 2022, Faisal Naseer was accused of torturing Pakistani politician Azam Swati in custody.
Faisal Naseer, the second-in-command at the ISI is the son of Khalid Naseer, a banker associated with Habib Bank. This brings us back to the Baghdad Spooks. He got the nickname “Dirty Harry” because of his tendency to strip his captives naked and videotape them.
On 3rd November 2022, Imran Khan escaped an assassination attempt with some injuries. On 29th November 2022, General Bajwa’s term ended after six years as Chief of Army Staff, and General Asim Munir was made the next COAS (Like General Kayani, Asim Munir seems to have springboarded from the ISI into the COAS). On 7th May 2023, during a rally, Khan repeated accusations that he had made earlier against the second-in-command of ISI Maj Gen. Faisal Naseer, of orchestrating plans to murder him. During the rally, Khan also claimed the same officer was also responsible for the killing of journalist Arshad Sharif. During Khan’s court appearance in Islamabad High Court on 9th May 2023, paramilitary forces of Pakistan Rangers forcibly entered by breaking a window and abducted him. The military, through its media wing ISPR, maintained that Khan’s arrest was legal and in accordance with the law.
On 9th May 2023, protests were organized, in which agent provocateurs targeted government/military buildings. It seems the objective of these mysterious protests was to sow dissension between Khan and the Army, and to label his party as Extremist.
On 11th May 2023, Pakistan’s Supreme Court declared that the arrest of former prime minister Imran Khan was illegal, and he was released. On 5th August 2023, Khan was arrested for the second time. Despite being granted bail, he is still in jail over the Cipher he exposed, which makes no sense whatsoever. The re-elections, which were promised within a month of his stepping down, are still postponed, and Nawaz Sharif is back in Pakistan.
Whither Thy Army?
Earlier, I had arrived to the conclusion that the ISI had become compromised slightly before before Musharraf, and that a pattern was detected, of spooks/cryptos becoming heads of the ISI, and then using this position to springboard into the position of Chief of Army Staff (COAS).
- We saw this with Ziauddin Butt, who was about to replace Musharraf as COAS but Musharraf brought him down.
- We saw this with Ehsan ul Haq, who springboards from the ISI to become the Chairman Joint Chiefs of Staff Committee, the Commander-in-chief of Pakistan Armed Forces.
- We saw this with Ashfaq Kayani, who springboards from ISI to become the COAS for six years, where he would act as an enabler for several Spook ops, such as the fake killing of Osama Bin Laden.
- We saw this with Asim Munir, who springboards from ISI to become the COAS replacement for the hated Bajwa. There are some who believe that his short tenure at the ISI indicates that he was not a crypto. Lets hope so.
We are now seeing this pattern with the current second-in-command of the ISI, Faisal Naseer aka Dirty Harry. In July 2022, he was promoted to Major General, and it is clear his next stop will be the COAS. This is the coddled son of a banker and a writer. He is not from a family of soldiers. In other words, privileged children from banking families associated with the Baghdad Spooks are now pretending to be distinguished soldiers, complete with ribbons, stripes, uniforms and questionable gallantry awards.
This would also imply that the COAS, and most notably, the vaunted X Corps (Rawalpindi Corps) and the Zia-era 111th Infantry Brigade have been compromised. The biggest indication of this is that General Bajwa, the man the Phoenicians had brought forward during the planned 2019 Indo-Pak War commanded the X Corps from 2013-2015. Bajwa was posted in X Corps thrice! And prior to him, we find other questionable people, such as Jamshed Kiani[3]Jamshed Kiani also commanded the 111th Infantry Brigade at a time. and Ashfaq Kayani commanding the X Corps, both of whom later emerged as opponents of Musharraf. The current Commander of the X Corps Shamshad Mirza is from the Spookopolis of Chakwal, which is identified with the Shah Mir Spooks. That was where General Yahya Khan was from.
The problem the Phoenicians are facing is that they envisioned that there would be no Pakistan, nor a Pakistani Army, and neither an Imran Khan following the planned 2019 Indo-Pak War. But the pivotal war failed to materialize, and now the Phoenicians had to publicly “decommission” an elected, populist leader, whose continued existence would expose them. In publicly coming out against Imran Khan, the Phoenicians have exposed their presence, and the reach of their previously hidden power to each and every citizen of Pakistan, forcing everybody to pick a side. This is a first in the entire history of Pakistan. These are exciting times indeed.
They are still waging a silent war with the Army. In 2009, they would assassinate the Commander of the 111th Infantry Brigade Bilal Omer Khan,[4]He was also a cousin of Imran Khan while he was praying in a mosque. On 1st August 2022, they would take out one-time commander of the 111th Infantry Brigade and acting XII Corps Commander Sarfaraz Ali in a helicopter crash. This coincided with their activities directed against Imran Khan. There are rumors that a coup against Bajwa was in the works.
Following the first arrest of Imran Khan on 9th May 2023, there were concerns in some sections of the Army. To quote,
According to reports, several high-ranking Army commanders, notably including Chairman Joint Chiefs of Staff Committee Sahir Shamshad Mirza, Lt Gen Salman Fayyaz Ghanni (IV Corps Lahore), Lt Gen Sardar Hassan Azhar Hayat (XI Corps Peshawar), and Lt Gen Asif Ghafoor (XII Corps Quetta), have expressed their concerns regarding the operation and subsequently declined to follow orders that involved the use of force against the protesters. In addition, Chief of Air Staff Zaheer Ahmad Babar and Chief of Naval Staff Amjad Khan Niazi have voiced their opposition towards Asim Munir, further contributing to the division within the senior military leadership. On 12 May, Lahore Corps Commander Lt Gen Salman Ghani was removedHowever ISPR rejected news that any top ranking army officials have resigned. Based on leaked audio messages from a relative of Lt Gen Salman, it is implied that Lt Gen Salman expressed opposition to the policy of the army chief Gen. Asim Munir particularly regarding the confrontational approach towards Imran Khan.
In other words, while the Phoenicians may have indeed compromised top brass in the Army, they are still treading carefully.
