Disturbing Footage from a Canadian Legislature

In this video dated 8th October 2020, we see Randy Hillier, a rural activist and politician in Ontario, Canada. He is currently an independent member of the Ontario Provincial Parliament, Ontario being one of the most economically significant provinces of Canada. He is asking questions in the Legislative Assembly of Ontario (Toronto) about the rather secretive establishment of quarantine camps across Canada. He doesn’t get a straight answer. But what is even more disturbing is the silence of all the other “elected” officials.

Here is what Randy Hillier has written in the description of the video:

The Premier has been actively dodging my questions since July. Today was just another example of the new status quo in Queen’s Park, no response. After this exchange I’m not even sure if the Premier and his Cabinet know what’s going on regarding the Federal government considering the expansion of isolation/quarantine facilities from coast to coast.

The language in the RFI is overly broad and ambiguous, and we ought to have clarification on the purpose of these isolation/quarantine facilities. I asked clear and precise questions about the Federal government’s tendering for “isolation/quarantine camps” in Ontario. Where will they be, how many will there be, and how many people will be housed?

The Government House Leader suggests these are for “international travellers”, however the RFP says “public health and other related federal requirements associated with the COVID-19 pandemic response.” My question on the purpose was cut short and once again the government refused to give an answer. Why won’t they answer? It seems to me they aren’t even aware of these proposals.

Below is an official Request for Information (RFI) from “Service Providers” (read: Blackwater, Chinese Govt. affiliated entities, the American prison industry) for Federal Quarantine Sites across Canada. An RFI is a prequel to being awarded a contract. The RFI is dated 16th September 2020. The RFI closed on 19th October 2020. At the end of the RFI is an Annexure that lists 26 Quarantine sites that have already been established across Canada, and a list of 19 more that are coming up!

There are unconfirmed reports (on some Trump-leaning sites) of Chinese troops establishing themselves in a park in Vancouver. According to an agreement, they are “authorized” to protect their “assets” in Canada. Did they bid for running the camps as well?

Update 17th June 2021: Another independent Canadian political leader who spoke out against lockdowns was targeted by the Conservative Party of Canada, which paid $120,000 for a secret campaign against him.
